Our Thinking
Our team has led operating and consulting businesses, and thus
we have been consumers as well as providers of consulting services.
As consumers of consulting and advisory services, we sought but
rarely found fast, fact-based, rigorously developed, and highly
focused decision support in order to make good decisions that
would affect the company this quarter or next. Most consultants
offered something quite different: projects with large scopes,
long timelines, and ambiguous results. When we created KittyHawk
Partners, we resolved to deliver the kind of rapid, rigorous,
fact-based, high-impact decision support we had looked for when
the fate of our businesses hinged upon the quality and timing
of our choices.
